Who is allowed to review our Holiday flat?

• All guests that have spent a night in our Holiday flat have the right to review our Holiday flat, whether they have been booked through this site or another site.
  
  
• We will only accept a group review when more that one guest has booked.
  
  
• More that one review of the Holiday flat per guest is not possible.
  
  
• If the guest has visited more than once, a new review will only be accepted after a timespan of 6 months.
  
  

What should be included in the review?

• Price- cost/performance ratio (e.g.a Holiday flat that is basically equipped may recieve a high review based on the fair price.)

• For an evaluation to be accepted,you must include your name,duration of your stay, your email address,and the email address of the property owner
  
  
• Once you have sent in the form, a link that will enable you to evaluate the Holiday flat will be sent to your email address. (if you give a false email address, you can't rate the property)
  
  
• As a guest, the property owners email address should be known to you.
  
  
• If you do not wish your name to be displayed on our website, you may use a nickname
  
  
• The property owner will be informed of your review and you have the possibility to discuss your review with the property owner.
