Size and layout of this Holiday flat

This pretty newly built house comprises of 2 flats, each on one floor. They are set in quiet surroundings, and the distance to the centre of Frangokastello and the long sandy beach is about 1 km. The nearest sand and shingle beach is 300 metres away.
Each flat is approx. 85sqm in size and accommodates 4-5 people. This one on the ground floor has a veranda, and theother on the first floor has two spacious balconies. Both offer wonderful views of the sea and the mountains. They are comfortably furnished in traditional Cretan style and consist of two seperate bedrooms you reach along the balcony, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, a livingdining area with TV (local channels), a well equipped kitchenette and a showerWC. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms (included), and ironing board with iron too.
