With over 300 sunny days per year Florida justly deserves the name "Sunshine State". Our holiday villa "Eagle View" is ideally situated in the southwest area of Cape Coral, not far from the powdery white beaches of Captiva & Sanibel Island,Fort Myers Beach, Estero or Bonita Springs.

A pair of Bald Eagles, the well known emblem of the United States, nest close to our villa and inspired us to the unusual name Eagle View.

Regardless of what you are looking for, your ideal vacation domicile for a beach holiday, the starting point for sightseeing activities in Florida or you are a "Snowbird" looking for the right place to spend the winter months - our villa, "Eagle View" offers something for everyone.
Our villa is pet-friendly dogs up to 50 lb. A part of our property is fenced in, so your 4-legged companion will have enough space to romp.

The air-conditioned villa "Eagle View" occupies a large 16,145 sq foot property and has approximately 1,940 sq feet of living space with 3 bedrooms for a maximum of 6 guests, 2 fully equipped bathrooms one bath room with a Jacuzzi bath-tub,
large bright sunny living areas, a screened-in patio with chaise loungers and a in the winter months heated, 390 square foot pool max. 6 ft depth. We also have a child toddler proof barrier which can be put in place around the pool perimeter.

A modern kitchen, a charcoal and gas grill and a 2-car garage complete the comfortable setting.

A flat screen TV, DVD and CD entertainment system and complimentary W-Lan wireless internet access complete the offerings for a relaxing holiday in a private setting.

As a special service we offer our guests free of charge unlimited local telephone calls in the Cape Coral Fort Myers area.

Please note that villa Eagle View is a nonsmoker house.

Transport and parking in the vicinity

The best destination airport for the journey to the Villa Eagle View is the Southwest International Airport in Fort Myers RSW code. Tampa and Miami have international airports and are suitable as alternative destinations. The airport in Ft. Myers is relatively small and easy to navigate. The car rental stations are located in the building directly opposite the arrivals hall. We recommend that you book your rental car in advance - saves time and money.
