Our Villa is located in Cape Coral, Southwest Florida and is known for its many canals as the Venice of America. The long white beaches of Captiva and Sanibel are located about 20 minutes and are considered a tip for world travelers.

Our house is located on a freshwater canal with large solar heated pool facing to the south in a quiet street, but still central to many shops and restaurants.
