The soothing and exotic style of this home invites you to come in and relax!

A rustic and delightfully designed 2 story villa nestled on a peaceful quiet street. Across the street is a natural park preserve.

The villa has a 3 sided roofed veranda and a partially covered patio, a private solar-heated swimming pool with whirlpool jets and outside shower.

Garden and pool deck are in Southern direction - full sun during the day!

Also on the property is a small pier dock which is ideal for fishing as well as manatee & dolphin watching.

Hudson is a small village located on USS 19 North of Tampa ca. 35 miles and West of Orlando ca.110 miles. Comfortable and direct flights are available either to Tampa or Orlando. You may be pleased to know that accessing the newly-opened limited access toll road SuncoastVeterans Highway at the Tampa Airport, reduces driving time from the airport to our door to less than 45 minutes. What may also be of interest is that our Florida home is only approximately 28 miles to the beaches in Clearwater. Again, using SuncoastVeterans Highway makes those areas, including historic Ybor City, Hyde Park, Bush Gardens and other points of interest, very accessible.

The small cozy beach in Hudson abt. 5minutes by car

Larger beach at beautiful Pine Island abt. 20 minutes by car

Also there are several attractions in the Tampa and Orlando area that shouldn be missed.

Busch Gardens, Adventure Islands, Ybor City, MGM and Universal Studios, Seaworld, DISNEY WORLD, Wet wild, are only a small selection of attractions. More information is available in every travel guide and also there are brochures in the villa

The Orlando attractions are only 85 miles away and Cape Canaveral is under 3 hours driving time.

Also nearby there are some interesting sites to see:

Homosassa and Weeki Wachee Springs warm water springs Cedar Key and the interesting Greek sponge diving at Tarpon Springs. The Greek restaurants here are second to none!

Shops Nearby

On USS 19 South, in the direction to Port Richey there are all imaginable shopping possibilities. For example the discount WIN-DIXIE+PUBLIX+WalMart + ALDI is abt. 3-5 minutes driving time from the villa. Other shopping possibilities Malls, ect. are in Port Richey ca 7 minutes driving time.

There are also large selections of restaurants in the area, in a circumference from 10 km. Hudson itself has a small fish harbor where the seafood is fresh and very reasonable. You can buy it direct from the fishermans boat!
