Andrea (500 m), enjoys the property - surrounded by a vast park of pine trees and scrub, special privileges: it is a place for those who particularly the love contact with nature, where the silence - is limited only by the twittering of birds, the lapping waves of the sea, the muffled sound of broken boats in the distance - even in the excitement of August.
The sea view is partially interrupted by a beautiful vegetation, large agaves, Indian figs, rosemary, oleander, oak, etc. Not infrequently it happens, when a seagull landed to see the natural terraces.
