The 50sqm exclusive Holiday Flat Dolphin Apartment is situated in a quiet area of Fish Hoek south of Cape Town, close to Clovelly Golf & Country Club and in walking distance to the beautiful beach.

The ground floor apartment is tastefully and luxuriously furnished and consists of 1 bedroom, 1 separate bed-living room, a complete and modern kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedroom and lounge lead onto a big private terrace of about 30sqm and the apartment has its own parking space.
The high quality U-PVC windows and doors protect you from Cape Towns famous South Easter wind. Trellidoors secure the apartment and allow you to relax!

The main bedroom has a beautiful king sized bed with separate mattresses and cool bed linen for high standards. The glamorous crystal chandelier brings a romantic atmosphere in this stunning bedroom! A large built-in cupboard provides lots of storage space for all your personal clothing and possessions. A private safe secures your valuables and documents.

The bathroom has a spacious shower enclosed in a glass cubicle, a basin with lots of storage space underneath and a big mirror. The taps are all modern mixers to provide immediate and full control of water temperature. Soft towels are supplied.

The second bedroom lounge has a stylish Ikea PS sleeper couch that converts easily into a comfy bed for two size 1,60 x 2,00m. A wardrobe offers storing space for clothing and belongings of a second couple or 2 children who can sleep in this room. There is also a TV, 4 trendy chairs and a table to complete your comfort.

The ultra modern kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosch oven and hob, sink, fridgefreezer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water kettle and all the pots, pans, bowls, cutlery and crockery that you need for 4 persons. A breakfast counter with 4 stylish barstools makes having a meal here enjoyable and comfortable. Further equipment is a hairdryer, an iron and iron board and a grill.

Both lounge and bedroom lead onto the big private terrace with a wooden deck and outdoor furniture. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a lazy breakfast in the sun or for a relaxed sunbathing! The terrace is fully fenced and offers a view onto an open big green field where Guinea Fowls, Hadedahs, Egyptian Geese and other birds visit frequently. Smoking and pets are not allowed but you are welcome to smoke outside on the terrace. The apartment is serviced once a week. The apartment has a dedicated parking bay off street.

Dolphin Apartment is close to the beach and the train station leading to Cape Town and Simonstown. A rental car is not necessary but recommendable.

Go swimming at popular Fish Hoek beach, diving and snorkelling in False Bay and with the penguins at Boulders. Surfing is popular at Kommetjie. Ride horses in Noordhoek, Camels at Imhoffs Farm or go for a walk in the surrounding Silvermine Nature Reserve. Explore caves in our mountains or go rock-climbing. Do the "baboon walk" with the baboon monitors. Have a sundowner on the famous Chapmans Peak Drive or visit the many fine restaurants in trendy Kalk Bay harbour, in historical Simonstown on the waters edge or in the Longbeach-Mall which is within walking distance from 2 Oceans Apartments. The Longbeach Mall in Sun Valley and the shopping mile in Fish Hoek offer plenty of Shops, Supermarkets, Internet Cafe & Cinemas. Watch the whales in season or the birds all year long. Play Golf in Clovelly Country Club, Westlake, Steenberg and Royal Cape or do the Art Route in Noordhoek & Kommetjie.

A 20 Minute scenic drive over Chapmans Peak Drive leads you to Hout Bay with its Seal Island and further on to the famous Camps Bay beach, to Cape Towns Waterfront and in the City Centre with famous Table Mountain. The Constantia Wine Estates are just over the mountain and invite you to taste the great South African wines and Kirstenbosch Gardens show you beautiful Proteas while you listen to the Sunday concerts in summer.

Another scenic route to the south leads you to the wild beaches of Scarborough, via an Ostrich Farm to the famous tip of the African continent, the Cape of Good Hope in Cape Point National Park. All these attractions are easily reachable in a short drive from our apartments.

In addition we can recommend plenty of beautiful day trips such as: drive along False Bay into the wine lands of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek with its gourmet cuisine, do Brandy tasting, try olives in Riebeek Kasteel, explore the Route 62, watch the whales in Hermanus, book a Safari in a Game Reserve, eat Crayfish in Paternoster at the West coast and swim in the natural rock pools in Bains Kloof.... No matter how long youll stay, it will never be boring!
