The apartment is rented by us only when we are not professional reasons in Leipzig. It has therefore NOT the undquot; Charmeundquot; a conventional apartment. Very nice location right on the Park in the 14th Floor with a breathtaking view over Leipzig and in the sunset. Walk to downtown 5 minutes. Located on the green lung of Leipzig, the Clara Zetkin Park, at which connects the riparian forest. You can take a walk from the apartment in the green or bike ride on quiet roads until Cospuden. 1.8 km walk away from the Cur there is a boat rental, from there you have the opportunity to view the city and region to explore waterways. Until undquot; Karliundquot; and südvorstadt, Leipzig's most popular pubs is 1.5 km. Next to the house there is a bus stop, this bus will take you through downtown to the central station, or by the südvorstadt Connewitzer to cross.
