This holiday cottage is one of our personal favorites that we recommend for a memorable holiday with family andor friends. On the 14.000 m large, fully fenced in property is the fully equipped house with 200 m of living space. 3 double bedrooms (1 with double bed and 2 with ever 2 single beds), 3 bathrooms with tub and hair dryer (2 of them en Suite). Large livingdining area with fireplace, satellite TV and access to the terrace, kitchen with dishwasher, gas cooker, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing equipment.

Car port for 2 cars, electric door, central heating and Internet access by Wifi are also included. (depending on weather conditions it may be that he does not work)
The outdoor area consists of several, partly covered terraces with garden furniture and BBQ area. Pool with pool terrace, outdoor shower, sun loungers and umbrellas. Around the house the garden is planted with grass, ideal for children to play football.

The road is paved up to the finca. From Palma airport to the house there are about 75 km.
