The ground floor has a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner gas stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, utility room with washing machine and dryer. An open livingdining room with sofa, satellite TV, music system and dining area. 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom. A staircase leads to the first floor which has 3 further double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The house has air conditioning hotcold, and with oil central heating.
The outdoor area consists of a landscaped garden with lawn around the house, a large covered terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers, BBQ area, swimming pool 4x8 m with pool deck, outdoor shower and sun screen. 3 covered parking spaces and an electronic gate with intercom.

On the north east coast of Mallorca, lays the romantic town of Arta. Many steep streets and roads leading up the hill, where was built Arta. On top of the hill is the pilgrimage church of Sant Salvador, from where one has a unique view of the coast, the hills, the almond orchards and olive groves.
