We letting all year round in two guesthouses altogether 9 double rooms and 2 single rooms. The houses are distant only 10 meters from the sea.
All rooms with balcony or terrace, sea view and bath.
Our "first" House, 4 double rooms and 1 single room, were finished in March 2004. This house can also completely with mechanism; Kitchen, furniture to be rented. Ideally for long-term holiday-makers!
Our "second" House, we opened at the 1.Oktober 2008. Only one minute is from the first house distant, has 5 double rooms and 1 single room. The rooms in both houses are nationaltypically modern furnished.
To the left of the houses, into 100 meters distance, begins 6 km a long beach until Bentota. Past at many other hotels, guesthouses and restaurants. Right far away from useren houses, likewise 100 meters, approx. 3.5 km a long beach begins. Here there are only few hotels. There fishing boats mostly lie. This beach ends at the port of Beruwela where also the fish market is.

Size and Layout of this Guest room

All rooms have a balcony or a terrace. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet and wash basin. Towels are changed 1 time weekly as required, bedlinen. The rooms have a cover fan and a mosquito net. An air conditioning system is the house at the sea stands not necessarily there and " fast" always something wind goes.

There is a lounge in the ground floor first house andor to the 1. floor second house. With TV, stereo system and telephone fax, if necessary a PC with Internet connection DSL! Here also the meal is served. Next door is in each case a small kitchen with refrigerator. They can avail themselves with beverages themselves.

There are some small shops for food in the proximity. In Beruwela also supermarkets. One should buy clothes, memory, gifts, spices, tea either on the way during round trips or specially purchase trips e.g. after Colombo! That is more inexpensive than in the business in the proximity of the hotels.

The restaurants in the surrounding hotels and guesthouses can visit you at any time.
In the proximity of our houses there are to eat also some native restaurants with chip prices.

Otherwise the night life is rather moderate. There are naturally many more in Colombo and the other larger cities.
